The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Sundaram-Clayton, Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd and Naperol Investments had set Thursday, March 27, 2025, as the record date to identify the list of eligible shareholders to receive the dividend.
As per the T+1 settlement procedure, investors who wished to take advantage of the dividend announcement had to purchase shares of these companies at least one day before the record date in order for their names to appear on the list of eligible shareholders for the payment of said dividends.
The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation on March 21, 2025, declared a 2nd Interim Dividend @ 200% i.e., ₹4/- per Equity Share of face value of ₹2/‐ each for the Financial Year 2024-25.
The record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of 2nd Interim Dividend was set as Thursday, March 27, 2025. The 2nd interim dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law, said the company.
Sundaram-Clayton Ltd on March 21, 2025, had declared an interim dividend of ₹4.75/- per share (95%) on 2,20,46,162 equity shares of ₹5/-each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of ₹10.42 crore, for the financial year ending 31st March 2025.
The record date for the purpose of payment of the interim dividend will be March 27, 2025, while dividend payment will be made within a period of 30 days from the declaration of the interim dividend, as per the company.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd Board had declared an Interim dividend of 7% of the face value of ₹10/- each fully paid up preference shares for the Financial Year 2024-25. The interim dividend payout will be made to eligible preference shareholders on or before Saturday, April 19, 2025, as per the company
Naperol Investments Ltd on March 21, 2025, considered and declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of ₹9/- per equity share, i.e. 90% of the face value of ₹10/- per equity share.
The Interim Dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under law, as per the company.
