Breakout stocks to buy or sell: Indian stock market benchmarks ended on a flat note on Tuesday, March 25, as a stronger US dollar and ongoing worries about the impact of US tariffs on the global economy dampened investor sentiment. The Sensex edged up 33 points (0.04%) to close at 78,017.19, while the Nifty 50 gained 10 points (0.04%), finishing at 23,668.65.
The BSE Sensex dropped to an intraday low of 77,912, falling nearly 800 points from its peak of the day due to profit booking. Similarly, the Nifty 50 index reached an intraday low of 23,627.
Sumeet Bagadia, Executive Director at Choice Broking, believes that the positive sentiment of the Indian stock market is still intact despite consolidation witnesses around higher levels.
Speaking on the outlook of Indian stock market, Bagadia said, “The Nifty 50 index is facing resistance at 23,800 but the 50-stock index has made strong base at 23,500. The frontline index may kickstart another upside movement after coming close to 23,500 support for the next targets of 24,200 and 24,700 respectively. So, one should look at those stocks that are looking strong on the technical chart. One can look at breakout stocks for intraday trading."
Sumeet Bagadia recommended buying these seven breakout shares to buy today - Shaily Engineering Plastics, Bajaj Healthcare, Cholamandalam Financial Holdings, Kiri Industries, and V2 Retail.
