Adani Power Q4 Update: Adani Group's power generation subsidiary is set to declare its Jan-Mar quarter results in April 2025.

Adani Power Q4 Update: Adani Group's subsidiary, Adani Power, on Tuesday, April 22, announced that the company will hold its board meeting this month to declare its January to March quarter results for the financial year 2024-25. The power generation firm will declare its Fourth quarter results on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, according to the exchange filing.

“We would like to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to consider and approve, inter alia, the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025,” said the company in the BSE filing.

The company also informed its investors that the trading window for the stock will be shut from April 1, 2025 to the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the financial results for the fourth quarter are declared.

Adani Power Q3 Results

According to Mint's earlier report, Adani Power reported a 7.28 per cent rise in net profits to 2,940.07 crore, compared year-on-year (YoY) with 2,737.96 crore in the previous year, as per the consolidated financial statements.

The company's revenue from core operations was up 5.23 per cent to 13,671.18 crores in the October to December quarter of the financial year ended 2024-25, compared to 12,991.44 crore in the same quarter, the previous fiscal.

In the third quarter results, Adani Power also approved a higher fundraising threshold of 11,000 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures and a Qualified Institutional Placement, compared to its previous limit of 5,500 crore.

Adani Power also sanctioned raising 5,000 crore through the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) method in the Oct-Dec quarter results.

Adani Power shares closed 0.75 per cent higher at 573.20 after Tuesday's stock market session, compared to 568.95 at the previous stock market close. The company announced its Q4 results date after stock market operating hours on April 22.

Adani Power shares have given stock market investors more than 1,750 per cent returns in the last five years. However, the shares have lost 3.98 per cent in the last one year period.

On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock has gained 8.83 per cent in 2025, and 7.69 per cent in the last five stock market sessions.

The shares hit their 52-week high levels at 896.75 on June 3, 2024, while the 52-week high level was at 430.85 on November 21, 2024, according to data collected from the BSE website.

The market capitalization (M-Cap) of the company was at 2,21,079.74 crore, as of the stock market close on April 22.
